Chef Blake has a passion for cooking and wants to share his favorite dishes with people. He is currently the Director of Food and Beverage/Executive Chef at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. 

Menu at the market includes: smoked meat, smoked marlin, marlin dip, pickled onions, salmon musubi’s , garlic chicken and boiled peanuts in three flavors (Garlic, Li Hing and Korean BBQ)

Limited quantities of Chili Pepper Water and Smoked Tako will be available.
